NezzyFit: The First Three Months

Hello guys! NezzyFit is back to update you on my first three months joining gym!
I was planning to update you on the second month but I think it would be better to update you per three months from now on. I see that nothing changes in a month time so I decided to update you on three months basis. I think I've mentioned here before that I was going to do 6 times a week for gym and alas it only lasted for a month for the second month. I felt it was too much and since I've watched many youtubers gym routine and noticing their tips, I ended up sticking to 5 times a week.

It had been a struggle since I've been since losing my spirit to go to gym, well, classes. I still went for my alone time in the gym but for classes? Not so much. Currently I'm trying to boost my spirit again so I can stick to my 5 times a week routine. I haven't tried any other class except RPM and I wasn't sure which one I should take other than that because RPM was one that took my interest. I couldn't ride a bike and riding immobile bike was like fulfilling my dream LOL

Let me know in the comment box below what you do when you lose your motivation to work out because I need that a lot. And also what routine do you do most for your workout? Maybe we could share our routine and I'll see which one would work for me :)
